STOP DAIRY – THE 21 DAY METHOD

Cheese contains a protein which is an opiate called casomorphin. This is present to get the infant bovine child to return to his mother for sustenance.

In other words, cheese is addictive. If you have consumed cheese recently and are trying a taste for taste comparison with non dairy ‘cheese’, you will always choose the dairy cheese.  Why? Because you are addicted to the casomorphin.

Few things taste as repugnant as tobacco smoke yet the nicotine addict will claim to ‘LIKE’ the taste. If they were to do a taste for taste comparison with a rather sweet and pleasant tasting mallow and rosehip ‘tobacco’ they would find it unpleasant and claim their nicotine laden tobacco was a ‘better’ taste. This is what addictive substances do.  They make your brain FOOL you in order to get you to put more of the ‘drug’ into your body so the dependent cells can get their ‘fix’

This method is 100% effective in quitting dairy.

For a period of 21 days, consume ABSOLUTELY no dairy whatsover. Not even dried whey in veggie sausages or cookies. For this to work, you must be abolutely 100% dairy free.

During this 21 days, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CONSUME ANY VEGAN ‘CHEESE’. The receptors in your brain will be expecting their casomorphin ‘fix’ and reject the non narcotic ‘imposter’. You may, during this time consume all other non dairy alternatives.

After a period of 21 days, you will be free of the casomorphin opiate addiction and when you try vegan ‘cheese’ SURPRISE!! It tastes BETTER than the rancid muck you were consuming previously.

The addiction is mild but nonetheless exists. Abstaining for 21 days is easy but you must avoid ALL dairy. Even trace.

This method is 100% effective but you MUST AVOID ALL DAIRY for 21 days and DO NOT try any non dairy ‘cheese’ during that period.

  1. NOTHING is as bad for your body as dairy. You are speaking from a lifetime of brainwashing by a multi billion dollar marketing machine. Why would nature make the infant food from another species good for your body? Do you need to drink the secretions from a rat, cat, squirrel, dog, cat, stoat, badger, horse, hamster???? Of course not. You have been conned by a powerful industry and have chosen NOT to research the truth and instead remain in ignorance. In those countries where the highest quantities of dairy is consumed we see the highest rates of cancer, diabetes, osteoporosis and obesity. Dairy is diabolical for your body and unspeakably cruel and abusive on the animals who are abused, enslaved, raped and murdered to provide you with it.

More commonly known as the China Study, “this project eventually produced more than 8000 statistically significant associations between various dietary factors and disease.”

    The findings? “People who ate the most animal-based foods got the most chronic disease … People who ate the most plant-based foods were the healthiest and tended to avoid chronic disease. These results could not be ignored,” said Dr. Campbell.
